At most shows we welcome parents carrying young children into the theatre. Children under 18 months do not require a ticket if they are a babe-in-arms. 18 months and over require a ticket. Occasionally some shows will charge for babies so please check the webpage for the show you are interested in.
If it is the same show, then yes you can; subject to availability and a £2 per ticket exchange fee. We cannot swap you to a different show. Please email the box office with your request.
As per our Terms & Conditions, tickets are non-refundable (unless the show is cancelled or rescheduled). If you have bought the SecureMyBooking ticket insurance then please contact them directly to make your claim: www.securemybooking.com
We want everyone to have the best time possible while being considerate of those around them. For safety and to make sure all guests can enjoy the performance, dancing in the auditoriums isn’t allowed unless the performers let you know it’s time to get up and join in!
