Our Early-Career Artist Training Programme offers theatre-makers the chance to take part in workshops, development sessions, and bespoke mentoring designed to help build confidence, develop skills, and open doors into the industry.
While The New Theatre occasionally hosts elements of this programme, the majority of activity takes place at our sister venue, the Key Theatre in Peterborough. There, you’ll find a dynamic schedule of opportunities specifically tailored to emerging artists at the start of their professional journey.
